motocross

i grew up racing dirtbikes. i started racing in 1995 and the only bmx i rode was we would make little dirtjumps at all the tracks and all the kids would jump them. through out school we have all had to write papers on what we wanted to do in the future.
i must have wrote 5 papers all the same that said "when i grow up i want to be a professional motocross racer so i can race against rickey carmichael" in 2003 i got my pro license. it was the dream come true for me. i just found my 2003 license at my dads. couldnt find my other ones but stoked to have these in the memory banks.
the amount of work that goes in to being a professional motocross racer is ridiculous. with how much time you have to spend working on bikes and training. around the same time i got it i was also working a serious electrical job. i didnt have enough time to ride and race and everntually got burnt out from it. thats when i started riding bmx a bunch.  i still ride dirtbikes once in a while and this fall in austin there is going  to be some serious motocrossin going down.
