The Routeburn track is a pretty heavily traveled hiking trail just south of Queenstown. Only an hour from New Zealands tourism capital, Of course it would be.
Bubba, Myself, and our new friend Kaggy master hitchhiked out to the trail head of the Routeburn. Took some time to get some rides out in the middle of no where, but we eventually made it and got our hike started. Before we came out above the tree line, we decided to set up camp somewhere off the trail for the night and hope the fog and misty weather would clear for morning. The place we slept would end up being one of the most exotic places I have ever slept. In a TeePee in the Thick fog in a mossy NZ forest. Of course we ate like kings.
