Austin Kite Festival

Austin is home to the oldest running kite festival in the Nation. Which could mean anything. I remember a few months ago, hearing Heather talk about how awesome the Austin Kite festival was. And one day I asked her what she had planned for the day and she said she was going to the kite fest. I had to go check it out. They were anticipating over 40,000 people there this year for the 85th annual event.  Thats a shit load of people flying kites.


What a good time, I saw so many people get smashed by dive bombing kites.
