Giving Thanks..

for having a great group of friends down here in Austin. For Thanksgiving this year, Chunk had the Inaugural Chunks Tillman Invitational at 9th street. Everyone showed up and we hung a cowbell from the trees and made some music with some whips.

Formula One Grand Prix

The Formula one race was un-real. Those things are so fast. And the place was mobbed with people. There were Europeans everywhere. Wearing fade away Camo.

Austin F1 weekend

Austin built a new Formula one race track. My cousin got tickets for my grand parent's and I to go check it out for the weekend. I've been excited for the race to come, so i tried to take full advantage of the opportunity to go and experience it.

The main reason for going to North Carolina, was for my Aunt's wedding. She got married on the beach by the house, and the whole family pitched in throughout the week to get everything ready for the big party.

My Aunt got married in North Carolina last month. The whole family rented a house on the beach for the week before the wedding. Everyone flew in and posted up on the beach for a week.

Good morning, Bike rides.

Went for a sunrise bike ride with a friend out to Mt Bonnell. It is out in the hills on the west side of Austin, and overlooks the Colorado river and a bunch of big houses. Gotta love starting a day off with a pedal.

Corpus Skate Trip (Two)

Adam woke up feeling like a billion bucks. We did some electrical work for a few hours and then took a drive to another one of the parks that are around the Corpus Christi Bay. This one was in the island town of Port Aransas. Perfect place to cruise around in the morning. a nice empty park on the water.

    We packed up the work truck with tools,bikes,and boards, and drove down to the beach town of Corpus Christi, Texas. Tra, Adam, and I went for a few days to wire a friends garage and skate a bunch of skateparks along the way. We stopped in San Marcos on the way down, that park is a good time and not far outside of Austin

Funny fest

Went to the Fun Fun Fun Fest in Austin for a few days. 1 million bands played. It's a record. I got to see Aesop Rocky say hilarious everything, Fang Island from Providence, The Sword, De La Soul, Explosions in the sky, and Jamariquai??

    Holidays are hilarious. Christmas is the creepiest, Easter???,Independence day is a day to blow stuff up and BBQ'IN,  Thanksgiving is about getting awkward with the fam and eating the "meal of the year", and the all mighty HALLOWEEN. Dressing up in costumes,eating candy, and acting a fool.

Been living in my friends back yard in the bus. Got a mini ramp and a ping pong table out the front door. And Jake has been my neighbor for the last few weeks in a mini tent. Life is good.
