last few days of the trip

the trip took some turns for the awesome. the rain in bethlehem made us drive to pittsburgh and eat awesome pizza and hang out with awesome dudes..then we woke up and went to hazelwood trails which are brian yeagle, tom arkus, and ryan popples trails.. i think we mentally siked ourselves out of riding them because i knew the type of jumps yeagle builds and they are gnarly..we got there and this was the conversation i had with tom

eric-  "man tom this jump is gnarly"

tom-  "yea no one has hit it yet, chris came here the other day and wouldnt hit it because he was scared of it" eric- "chris who?" 

tom- "doyle"

eric- "oh you mean dirtjumper of the year? awesome..."

it was awesome to watch those guys shred the jumps though..and little chris sent it and ate shit on the massive hip at the bottom of the hill.

i became pretty good friends with Alex Magallan on this trip.. seems like everyone got along really well on the trip and the majority of people were all strangers to one another. alex is ridiculously good at riding a bike. and looking weird in this picture.

after pittsburgh i was planning on going home... but then there was talk of going to RAYS!! so i said screw it and headed west to cleveland ohio to ride the bicycle amusement park.. on the way to cleveland we got a little rowdy in the back seat...after being in the van for a long time, your brain starts working differently and you start thinking of ways to amuse yourself to pass the time...alex and i decided to make a sling shot and shoot stuff at the people in the front of the van.. we tried anything from food, shoes, paper airplanes, bike helmets and the list goes on!!

when we got to cleveland i was PUMPED! we stayed at bobby delaat's house and he had a whole bunch of awesome dogs...doooog party!

he has one of my favorite dogs of all time...his name is digger and when i get the money im going to buy one just like him..ive wanted a dog for a while and this one is perfect..he throws him in his back pack and cruises around with him. he rode with me in the back seat to ray..making him the first official back seat bad dog!

rays was rays...good times with buds riding bikes. they re layered the subaru bowl, awesome.

after rays i did my first official shoes on the power lines toss.. so if you go to rays and see some sneaks hanging from the line..they are mine
