The fear of embarrassment. Trying to avoid something that should be sought-after. No one ever thinks the reason they are so uncomfortable standing up in front of a crowd, is because of their own insecurities. And the best medicine would be making a fool of yourself . We are ALL Idiots, stop fighting it.
