Sailing Journal Day 4 (March 23rd)

Woke up early in Atlantic City. We had to get out of there before anyone knew we were there.  We motored back out to the ocean and turned left. We had a long slow cruise to barnegate.

Stopped in Barnegate to get some fuel. Saw some seals on the way into the inlet. Barnegate has an awesome lighthouse

The journey changed after our stop in Barnegate for fuel. The wind picked up as we pulled out of the inlet. We hoisted the sails and cut the engine. Dylan went down below to get some sleep. Evan and I were blasting waves. Evan was at the helm and he turned around and looked at me and said "this is better than riding a 4 wheeler!"......WE SAILED ALL THE WAY TO NEW YORK CITY!

We sailed right through the night. Got to New York around 3AM. We sailed past the statue of liberty and right up to Manhattan. Maybe the best experience of my life. I'm stunned. We're just gonna keep sailing through the night. It's awesome
