same ol same ol

the posts have been thinner lately because its just been basically the same old stuff day in and day out down here.. after the houston trail jam will and i decided to go for the bmx trails trifecta.. it was originally going to be the quadruple threat but we got side tracked at the third spot and never made it to the fourth... next time!

the pedal from the house to downtown is awesome. a nice casual pedal downhill with 2 trail spots along the way.. first one was red box.. which is a crappy basically abandoned spot but still fun small jumps..

we only rode there for like 20 minutes..we each took a few runs and kept rolling down the hill.. 9th street is the original austin spot.. everyone knows about it and its a destination for out of towners.. the place was basically empty which was nice..

next stop was eastside.. its a haul of a pedal so we decided to stop by the t-1 ramp on the way but joe wasnt around so it was off to the woods.. eastside is the craziest set of trails in austin..fast, pointy, and big airs!

all the anthem dudes are in town for the big premiere this weekend at t1.. anthem is the most hyped up anticipated video to ever happen to bmx..everyone cant wait to see it. you have all seen the trailer... but see it again.

yesterday we rode t-1 with some buds and joe was wearing a holeshot shirt.. pretty awesome to see awesome people supporting awesome things.. and it made me think about it terrible one and holeshot are the same type of thing.. just 2 people passionate about something. its not about making money or making a name.. the satisfaction comes from the enjoyment people get out of their stuff.. whether its a bike frame or a zine on a coffee table.. really awesome
